"1234"

Bringing Classical Music To West Oahu

HCMF went west and brought the gift of music to Kapolei's own, American Renaissance Academy (ARA).

In an exciting and new partnership with ARA, the community was dazzled by some of Hawaii's most talented young artists led by Tchaikovsky prize-winning Eric Silberger and HCMF Founder Chris Yick.

The theme "1234" inspired a program that consisted of solos, duos, trios, and quartets to showcase a wide variety of master chamber pieces.

This creative event showcased local musicians such as violinist Chelsea Cline, cellist Catie Kaneshiro, and violist Tyler Katsura.
